"LC-20" gathers highlights from seven improvisations recorded during the first UK Lockdown, between April 18th and June 2nd 2020, with one track edited from each session.

Very special thanks to contemporary classical composers Arshia Samsaminia, Idin Samimi Mofakham and Martyna Kosecka, US radiophonic artist Michael Vallone (aka The Tara Experiment, whose excellent material is also available on Bandcamp) and US harpist/vocalist Dr. Heidi Hart, all of whom kindly provided us with extensive source material to manipulate in our improvisations and who have also given us so much positve warmth, encouragement and support both before and since this album was recorded.

Thanks too to Soheil Soheili, co-founder of the Noise à Noise label in Tehran, for featuring two further tracks edited from these "Lockdown Collaboration" sessions in their recent international experimental music compilations (also available on Bandcamp).

This album is a small fraction of the over five hours of new material we recorded over Lockdown. We will soon be releasing edited versions of all seven sessions, featuring longer versions of the material presented here, which unlike "LC-20", will not be available on streaming platforms such as Spotify or iTunes, but will be available as a limited edition box set of CDs, as well as digital download.
